Support: Synadata Tagger

Synadata Tagger is the app for live tagging at the bench, for clubs with synadata access. Questions, bugs and requests to hello@synadata.io.
01Sign in
Tap “Mit synadata anmelden” in the app. The app shows a code. On another device open cockpit.synadata.io/desktop/verbinden, sign in with the cockpit account and confirm the code. The club needs the live tagging feature. Without an account, try the app with “Ohne Konto ausprobieren”.
02Tagging a game
- Create a new session and choose the side you attack.
- Tap “Bully (Sync)” at every face-off, at least one per period. The tags are then aligned with the video automatically.
- Record shots in shot mode: tap the location, choose team and line.
- Without a network the app keeps recording and uploads everything once connected again.
- At the end, use the flag to end the session.
03More devices
Choose “Gerät einladen (QR)” in the menu and scan the code with the other device's camera. That device then records into the same session without its own account.
04In the cockpit
The session appears in the game's run as its own row and is aligned via the face-offs. Without a face-off it can be aligned manually at the playhead.
